UC marked a historic moment with the first-ever General Assembly of the College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) held on September 8, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the UC Gymnasium.
This milestone event celebrated the official coming together of two creative and design-driven disciplines under one college, establishing a shared vision for creativity, innovation, and academic excellence in both architecture and fine arts.
Students, faculty, and administrators gathered for an afternoon of inspiration and unity, as the newly formed CAFA reaffirmed its commitment to shaping a new era of design education- one that integrates artistry, sustainability, and social responsibility.
The event symbolized more than just an institutional milestone; it marked the beginning of a new chapter for the creative community of UC, highlighting the synergy between architecture and the visual arts in addressing real-world challenges and advancing the role of design in nation-building.
The College extends its gratitude to everyone who took part in this momentous occasion. With renewed passion and a collective vision, CAFA looks forward to building stronger foundations and designing brighter horizons together.
